Frank W. Molloy

Senior Business Manager
Frank serves as Senior Business Manager at the DCDM Law Group. He recently retired from the practice of law after spending over thirty-five years handling business litigation and bankruptcy matters. In his role as Senior Business Manager, Frank works closely with the attorneys on how to handle cases more efficiently and oversees the creation and implementation of processes to handle bankruptcy matters to lower the costs for clients. While he was practicing as a lawyer, Frank’s specialty was bankruptcy matters. He represented a wide array of individuals and companies who have required bankruptcy protection, as well as high net-worth individuals, corporations of all sizes. He was also on the other side, having represented creditors in all types of bankruptcy filings.
Frank currently serves on the board of directors of several major corporations in Southern California. The companies he serves on benefit from his business savvy and legal acumen, both of which were developed over years of representing businesses and successful individuals in a variety of business endeavors.
Frank is a history buff and an avid collector of silver, focusing on the early days of the United States, from the American Revolutionary period starting in the early 1770s through the early 1800s. In his spare time, Frank also enjoys cooking dishes from around the world and visiting different parts of Los Angeles to see what he might discover with his camera.
